Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Yugoshin, we take great care in delivering the best-quality products to your doorstep.
Every item is carefully packed and checked before shipping.

We currently do not provide any returns, replacements, or refunds unless the product you received is damaged, defective, or wrong.

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


🚫 No Return / Replacement for Undamaged Products

We do not accept returns or replacements in cases where:

  • The customer changes their mind after purchase.

  • The product is not liked by the customer.

  • Size, color, or specifications differ slightly due to screen/display differences.

Returns and replacements are applicable only if:

  • The item received is physically damaged, defective, or incorrect from what was ordered.


📸 Proof Required for Return / Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the customer must provide clear proof of the issue within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the order.

The following proofs are mandatory:

  1. A clear unboxing video — the video must show the package being opened for the first time and clearly display the damage or defect.

  2. Images of the product showing the damage or defect clearly.

⚠️ Note:
Without an unboxing video, refund or replacement requests cannot be processed.


How to Request a Return or Refund

If your product is damaged or defective:

  1. Email us at support@yugoshin.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order ID, unboxing video, and clear images showing the problem.

  3. Our support team will review your request within 2–3 working days.

After review:

  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund (depending on stock availability).

  • If rejected (due to missing or unclear proof), we will notify you with the reason.


💰 Refund Process

  • If eligible, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • If you received a replacement, no refund will be issued.

  • Refunds are processed only for the damaged or defective part of your order.


📦 Replacement Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

  • The returned item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • After inspection, a replacement product will be shipped.


🧠 Important Notes

  • Return/refund requests after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Unboxing video is the main proof for damage or defect.

  • Refunds or replacements are not applicable for free products or discounted items during sales.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
