5. Cancellations

  • Orders can't be cancelled.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@yugoshin.com  with clear photos or videos.

  • Once verified, a replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.

  • Refunds are not provided except in rare cases where replacement is not possible.

  • Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.
